Having also served as CEO at both established and startup companies including diagnostic laboratories, Mr. Walcott has honed his leadership skills, seamlessly adapting to various organizational environments. His role in constructing laboratories nationwide highlights his expertise in laboratory setup and management.

Aside from Rhyan Walcott serving as Managing Parner of Pulsar Instrument Support, he also founded APEX Professional Solutions in 2021, where he leveraged his experience to enhance operations for businesses and laboratories nationwide. The firm specializes in lab management, regulatory consulting, inspection preparation, business intelligence, project management, and inventory control.
